Halloween Window Painting Program 2022

We invite you to loan us your store windows to be painted by a New Rochelle High School PAVE/Art Honor Society student as part of a City wide themed project. 

We would like to have Halloween Windows in the Downtown, Wykagyl and the area of North Avenue between Iona and City Hall.

Additional details:

  • NRHS Art teachers will approve all designs before they are painted
  • Teachers will check on students throughout the day but store owners are asked to have an adult on premises at all times
  • All necessary supplies will be provided
  • Students, teachers and NR Chamber members will take photos of the projects throughout the day and post to social media with hashtag or email.
